very beautiful villa, and would make a beautiful wedding venue. rooms are okay but both the tvs and the ac/heater is hard to work. the showers took awhile to generate hot water (20 mins to 45 mins). overall the grounds are very very beautiful and gorgeous. there are some cats roaming around but they are very sweet and love to say hello. both breakfast and dinner was fine the only thing off was the service because the servers were pretty rude. overall service wasn’t the best and even when i had asked for extra towels the employee had gotten upset. this place is pretty much in the middle of nowhere but due to exterior design it isn’t too bad.
Beautiful villa but unless you are staying for a wedding I really would not recommend. I stayed here during a school trip with a large group. They put half of my group in what seemed like staff housing where they experienced thin walls with cigarette stains and a shower that did not drain. The villa advertised breakfast for each morning. I would not call it breakfast as our options were bread and lunch meat with cheese, breakfast was also only opened for us from 8-8:30am. The staff would make our beds each day we left but would leave our door unlocked afterwards. Overall the villa and location is beautiful but the lack of hospitality almost ruined it.
Horrible, overpriced place. Out of way if everything, you have to be a mountain goat to reach it and to stay. My room was on the opposite side from entrance and I had to haul 2 heavy suitcases and a backpack up the stairs and then down the gravel road to reach my room.
Room itself was tiny, with a queen sized bed and another single bed. Space was VERY limited.
My company paid for my stay, as well as about 30+ other colleagues. Food we've been given was a joke - sandwiches with some cheese or thin slices of meat. Dinner was served in a form of a single dish (no menu, no choice) made of rice and some chicken. We also got some weak fruit salad and when we asked ro switch that for ice cream, they only let 3-4 people get ir before cuttings us out.
They will try to nickel-and-dime you to death and I particlarly hated glee in their voice when they tell you there's nothing nearby, no shops or other restaurants and that you need to spend money on their HEAVILY overpriced stuff.
No, thanks.
I hope I never fo there again.
Honestly awful. It looks great, but it's not good. Bed bugs in multiple rooms, found hair in the food. They didn't provide another room after the bug incident. The Wi-Fi connects but doesn't give Internet to anyone. It's pretty, really, but not worth it.
A friend of mine is staying here, and it is horrible, to say the least. There are ants crawling everywhere you look in the room, in the beds, and especially in the bathroom. From what I've heard, the meals are poorly made as well. Also, the internet is practically nonexistent, it's unreliable and constantly cutting out.
I stayed at this hotel for around 4 nights last month with a “school group” on an international trip. I stayed in a “3 person” room that seemed to be more of a 2 person room…with a pull out bed (not a problem, but it led me to believe that …
Set in the countryside. Beautiful outdoor scenes. Quaint dining. Rooms indoors are average for Italy. Only 20 minutes FROM Fiumincino Airport. Came here sith a group of 10 students and 8 adults. Wifi was spotty, but it was great for them to disconnect.
The rooms were beautiful, but the hotel staff seemed not so present after check-in. Breakfast was sparse(but I'm American, so maybe I just had different expectations of a Breakfast). The land surrounding it was also amazing, but such beautiful scenery comes with the cost of little to no mobile signal. Wireless only worked for guests in the main areas of the property. Also, some friends of mine were kept up by dogs barking all night
